Event Management Dashboard
Role: full stack development and design
As part of Event Management, our goal is to help with the transformation program to enable a more intelligent and robotic next-gen global command center.

This is a year long project, one of my key responsibilities is to collect and analyse data from multiple sources and databases, and design and build Event Management Dashboard to automate the operational processes and generate data visualisation that provides meaningful insights such as real time events and incidents volumes, automation success rates, noise and flood in different lines of business. User can interact with the dashboard to create customised view and reports. In this project, I do both front-end and back-end design and development, my main focus is to build interactive and intuitive visualisation that help management get full picture of the environment status and make better decision.

I always got out dated report, so I want to see a summary page for all real time alerts volume and automation performance in order to make critical business decision.
I need to be able to view different lines of business's performance with the corresponding leaders' name
A year to day/month to day trending would be great help for tracking the automation process and alerts flood.
I want to see my own line of business daily and monthly performance.
I want to be able to extract the report on weekly basis.
It would be helpful if I can download the raw data and send to my team.

I want to be able to receive a email update once alerts flooded
I want to see in 7 days how many alerts are flooded and which infrastructure or application caused the flood
